TransportThe following free phone numbers can be called in order to obtain information about traffic, motorways and means of transportation in Liguria.
In some areas of Genoa, a transport on-demand service is available. This "Drin Bus" service must be booked ahead of time (preferably 24 hours).
GenoaThe Genoa bus service is the AMT with many routes covering the two main train stations in Piazza della Vittoria and Piazza Caricamento. The AMT also run bus service 100 (Volabus) to and from the airport every half hour. Buses leave from Piazza Verdi in front of Genoa Brignole station.
La SpeziaIn La Spezia the bus company is ATC. Buses link the town train station with Lerici, Chiodo and Portovenere (from Via Domenicano). Other routes cover the town centre. Special passes are available for young and elderly travellers as well as commuters.
SavonaIn Savona the main bus company is the ACTS. They offer a "Summer Pass" for unlimited travel on all ACTS lines.
ImperiaIn Imperia the bus company is called Riviera Trasporti. A 7-day discount travel card is available. Some of the towns served by the company in the province of Imperia include Dolceacqua, Ventimiglia, San Remo, Imperia, Peive di Teco and Cervo.
