Midsummer Madness

This week, on Thursday 21 June, it's the Festa de la Musica. It's a recent tradition that was started in France in 1982 by the Minister of Culture and is slowly spreading across Europe with free, live music in the streets and squares, in restaurants and bars on or around midsummer's night.

Sounds abound

But that's not all. As the long evenings grow warmer you'll find a wealth of festivals and concerts all around the region. So why not browse the AngloINFO What's On Guide to see what's happening near you.

The AngloINFO What's On Guide is an important feature of the site. It provides listings of events in the region, specially selected to appeal to the anglophone market. Browse the guide and you might find anything from fine art exhibitions to Hip Hop nights - there's likely to be something for all tastes.

Find what interests you by selecting an event type (festivals, exhibitions and more) a location (choose the town you want) or browse the upcoming events by selecting a day on the calendar

If you're organising an event you can click on a link that's on every page of the guide and tell us all about it - for free.

What else?

To keep up with all the new stuff on AngloINFO is easy - just click here! We've been adding new entries to the AngloFILE just about every day, and there are now over 1,600 listings there!
