estate agents?

my aunt, who lives in italy,but is not very computer literate, has agreed to sell her property through an estate agent, but as agents have not done any marketing except advertising it on their own website at the wrong price she wishes to go with a different agent, is she free to cancel original agent or can they claim commission if another agent sells it for her?

She should cancel her contract to sell with the original agent, then there will not be any problems
