e-mail Linda Frobisher | Fabrice, like you, every year in foolish moments I volunteer to throw a party, and every year, about now, it's panic time.
The only thing that I do on Halloween with pumpkin, apart from carving dozens of the damned things, is to make pumpkin pie. There's loads of different variations so I would suggest going through the net and finding a recipe that you like.

e-mail woodentop | | Pumpkin soup is nice, and easy to make though not sure how suitable it is for a party. Also you could try baking it in the oven, stuffed with chopped muchrooms, breadcrumbs etc. |
