Looking for a winter let

I can offer you my second home in Rapallo,a very nice sea resort on the north west coast of Italy,30 min by train from the city of Genoa.The flat is composed of a large sitting room, a kitchinette with dishwasher and washing machine,,a bathroom with shower,a bedroom.The balcony with table(in the winter you can often eat outside due to the mild temperature)overlooks the garden,the palms and the sea.There s also a condo sun terrace overlooking the beautiful bay of Portofino.Within walking distance you can enter the park with its international library and get to the centre of the lively town(10 minutes).Alternatively you can get to the centre along a pedestrian sea walk(a bit longer,15 minutes) there s a sea promenade full of restaurants,cafeteria,shops,from where boats daily leave for Portofino-15 minutes,le 5 terre,1 hour,.....and the historical centre is very nice.You can get to Portofino by bus or boat,to Genova (30 min)and Pisa(1 hour)by train.Let me know if you re interested in the area.
